ACE 100gm Solder Dross Reduction Powder

ACE 100gm Solder Dross Reduction Powder is a white, inorganic powder formulated to clean the solder surface and allow usable metal to be regenerated, while encapsulating the metal oxides for disposal. It is recommended for tin/lead solder pot temperatures of 235-260ºC/455-500ºF. This product can be used in wave soldering and still solder baths. It is especially formulated not to contain oil, fat, or chlorides, which interfere with board or component cleanliness.

Usage :

• Move the dross to one area of the solder pot.
• Introduce dross reducer into the dross and mix thoroughly until the solder is separated from the metal oxides.
• Then remove oxides and other non-metallic residues from the solder pot.
